Checkout:

Payments for this shop are received by Paypal via Shopify.
You do not need a Paypal account to checkout. Below the paypal button will be an option to pay with a credit or debit card.

Shipping Options:

• Free pick up in Wasaga Beach or Alliston (arranged via email after checkout)
• Flat rate shipping options – $10 on small packages, $15-20 for parcels

Shipping available for most of Canada, excluding Nunavut, Yukon, and Northwest Territories. Not currently shipping to the USA or Internationally.

Returns and Exchanges:

Returns are accepted upon request, within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Due to high shipping costs in Canada, there is a $5.00 return shipping fee.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

As a small artisan business, some items produced are bespoke (one-of-a-kind) or made-to-order. It may not be possible to exchange some items.

Please note that real leather often comes with its own character. Certain blemishes, lines, creases, colour variations or other features are not considered damage or flaws. You may be asked to send images of areas of concern in order to process a return request.
